The swan love stamps are in excellent, like new condition. Stamp lovers will be upset but I used one of the complete collection for an extremely special letter to a woman who lost her child 41 years ago to one of the most gruesome crimes ever. Stephanie Ann Roper was killed in a most hideous way after she had an accident and was tricked into getting a ride with two murderers who raped, tortured, shot, and burned her. Her mom and dad went on to make history getting loved ones of victims to have a say in a criminal(s) sentencing. They did a phenomenal job. Stephanie Ann was only 3 months from turning 22 and mere weeks from getting her Bachelor's degree from Frostburg State College (now University).
